Classes are taught on both a one on one basis or in a group setting. Fees vary depending on the class and I offer discounts for current massage students.

Hot Stone:
An absolute in every massage practice. Add this to your repertoire and watch your practice grow! Learn to use the stones in a full body treatment as well as incorporating them into any session. Therapeutic techniques utilizing the stones are are taught adding an extra dimension to your work.
2 day workshop...$300.

Reflexology
Zones of the feet correspond to every part of the body. By working these points in the feet the entire body is affected. Learn this ancient healing art and heal yourself and your clients.

Reiki
Reiki is a system of energy healing that was discovered, defined and developed in Japan. Reiki is not religious, there is no dogma involved. Being attuned to Reiki does not entail any adoption of any spiritual beliefs. Rei means universal and ki means lifeforce or Qi. Upon receiving the first Attunement you become a channel for this universal healing energy. You can use this form of hands on healing on your clients, yourself, family, and pets. Reiki adds a deep dimension to your regular work.
This is a 2-3 hour class and includes a Reiki Attunement.
Level I, II and Master Level fees are $250 each level.

Couples Massage
This class teaches partners therapeutic massage techniques that relieve chronic areas of the back, neck and shoulders. This is something you will use for your lifetime.
